Evolving from these humble beginnings, the farm has become the premier and exclusive producer of purebred Berkshire pigs.

100% PURE BERKSHIRE

In Japanese, "Kuro" means black, and "Buta" means pig. All black pigs can be called Kurobuta, but not all black pigs are Berkshire. Esguerra Kurobuta Pure Berkshire is renowned for its black hue and the six distinctive white points at the nose, tail, and bottom of each leg.
