1. Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

- For areas outside of Metro Manila, delivery will be arranged by the customer. 

2. Do you have a delivery charge?

-Yes, we do offer delivery within Metro Manila. Delivery fees vary depending on the location. Customers also have the option to:

    • Pick up their orders directly from our store, or

    • Book their preferred courier service through any online delivery app.

3. What are your payment options?

For all online orders, payment must be made via online banking or bank deposit only. Due to the rising risk of AI-generated fake receipts, we no longer accept GCash for online transactions.

GCash payments are only accepted for in-store (walk-in) purchases to ensure secure and verified transactions. 

4. How long will it take for my online order to be ready?

- All online orders have a 3 to 5-day lead time. This means that your order will be processed and ready for pickup or delivery within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time. You will be notified once your order is ready.

5. Where are you located?

Our showroom is located at 94 Scout Rallos, Kamuning, Quezon City while, our Pasalubong Center is located at Esguerra Farms & Stud Inc., 626 Indian St., Brgy. Dagatan, Lipa City, Batangas.
